About me…

As well as being a qualified counsellor I also have deep experience through working as a senior leadership roles in large global financial services organisations.

Through this career I became increasingly aware of the disconnect many people – including myself - experienced between their authentic selves and their work personae.

I have always loved working in teams, and while I gained great satisfaction from leading teams to achieve their goals, what I ultimately value is inspiring others to work together, overcome self-doubt, and achieve their own potential.

I am keenly aware of the pressures on high performing professionals, the impact these can have on your personal life, and the feelings of burnout, exhaustion and disillusionment that can arise as a result.

Moreover, I know that the qualities of hard work, perfectionism and grit which are prevalent among successful professionals do not always help when facing the unavoidable challenges that life throws at us, such as bereavement or the end of a relationship. I am passionate about supporting my clients through personal and professional adversity, and working with companies to optimise their functioning.
