At times, life can be challenging for all of us. Challenges or difficulties can occur through the impact of specific external events and life transitions, changes in key relationships in our life, or the day to day struggles of balancing a demanding work schedule with a harmonious home life. Sometimes we are left feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, anxious, depressed, or have lost meaning and direction in our lives.
I am an experienced counsellor working with individuals, couples, and teams. I work relationally to support you to look at the issues behind the challenges you’re facing in your life, relationships, or work culture. Together we work towards holistic wellbeing to enable you better understand and improve your life, helping you improve the quality and depth of your relationships, understand your patterned responses, and to become more motivated and make improved professional and life choices.

My approach centres on working both with and beyond the specific challenge you are facing. Helping you through period of challenge guiding you towards new insights, to understand what underlying growth and change you seek, an increased awareness of your choices, and to help you gain a renewed sense of purpose and meaning. Ultimately I seek to help you increase your connection with your authentic self to realise and achieve your highest potential.
I understand how challenging this can be with the day-to-day pressures of life. Before qualifying as a counsellor I had a successful career in the corporate world, working at Board level in a fast paced, intense, and highly stimulating environment. I am keenly aware of the pressures on high performing, busy professionals and the impact these can have on their lives, and those around them.
I take this combined experience of witnessing the transformational effect that psychotherapeutic work can have, and of working in high performance environments into my work with companies where I have am passionate about supporting effective work cultures and optimising team performance. Here I work with facilitating effective team dynamics to support psychological change within groups. You can learn more about me and my approach here.
